Welcome to Liv's Crafts! By visiting our site and placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below. I've tried to keep these friendly and clear. 💛

Our products Every item is handmade, which is part of their charm. Because of this, small variations in colour, texture, and finish are completely natural and to be celebrated — no two pieces are exactly alike! Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight differences from screen to real life can happen.

Orders When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we ever need to cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change from time to time. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but in the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it.

Made-to-order & pre-orders Please remember that many of our pieces — especially our lamps — are made-to-order and shipped from pre-orders, with crafting and delivery taking up to 1–2 months. By ordering, you're acknowledging and accepting these timeframes.

Intellectual property All content on this site, including images, text, and designs, belongs to Liv's Crafts and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability While I pour my heart into everything, Liv's Crafts is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be here on this page.
