Returns & Refunds Policy
Your happiness means the world to me, so I want you to feel completely taken care of. 💛
Returns If something isn't quite right, you may be eligible to return your item as long as it is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it, with any original packaging intact
To start a return, please contact me at livs.crafts@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Pop your order number in the message and let me know what's going on, and I'll guide you through the next steps.
A gentle note on made-to-order pieces Because our lamps are lovingly made-to-order especially for you, please double-check your order details before checking out. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or customised, simply because they were created just for you.
Refunds Once your returned item arrives safely back to me and I've had a chance to check it over, I'll send you an email to let you know it's been received. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, as banks can sometimes take a little time on their end.
Return shipping Unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I'd gently recommend using a tracked service, as I can't be responsible for returns that go missing on their way back to me.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items Oh no — if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, I'm so sorry! 💔 Please email me at livs.crafts@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and I'll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as I can. This kind of thing matters so much to me, and I'll always look after you.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and handmade reasons, the following can't be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been opened, used, or washed
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
