Hi lovely! 💛 Thank you so much for shopping small and supporting Liv's Crafts. Every single piece in our shop is made by hand and with so much love, so I want to be really open and honest with you about timing before you order.

Our lamps ✨ Our lamps are made-to-order in small batches and shipped out from pre-orders, which means each one is created especially for you. Because of this, please allow up to 1–2 months for your lamp to be crafted and delivered. I know that feels like a little wait, but I promise it's because real hands (and real love!) go into every piece — no rushing, no cutting corners.

Our rugs 🌸 Our rugs usually take around 2–3 weeks to reach you from the time you place your order.

A little note on timing These timeframes include the time it takes to lovingly make your item and the shipping time to your door. You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and tracking information (where available) once your piece is on its way.

Where we ship We're so happy to ship to customers near and far. Any shipping costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises, promise.

Customs & duties (international orders) For orders shipping outside of our home country, please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local government and are sadly out of our hands.

Delays Once your package leaves our hands, it's in the care of the postal and courier services, so occasionally things can run a little late due to reasons beyond our control (weather, customs, busy seasons). If your order seems delayed, please reach out and I'll do everything I can to help.
